It was an honor for Transmarinus to attend the naming ceremony of Maersk’s latest dual-fuel vessel, Albert M\u00e6rsk, held on February 28, 2025, at APM Terminals Mumbai, India. This milestone event marked the vessel’s official addition to Maersk’s fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notably, Albert M\u00e6rsk is the first vessel owned by a foreign shipping company to be named in India. Vincent Clerc, CEO, A.P. Moller – Maersk, hosted the name-giving ceremony, which was attended by the Honourable Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
